Sum/Count values from dynamic column when column matches text

My requirement is to display values in repeating group like Table 1

  1. Sum values when Column Name row matches with column in Table 2

  2. Count particular text like “Bad” when Column Name row matches with column in Table 2
    So on…

  3. Also need filtering based on Category Type in Table 1

  4. Sort by Qty Asc/Desc

  5. Every time page loads, it to fetch latest values from Table 2 and update Table 1
