On chrome, the rubbish bin is slightly behind the scroll bar.

When I added a new task , I thought nothing happened . Kept on clicking the “Submit” button 5 times thinking it was not working . Turns out every time I clicked on submit , the task is getting added but it feels as if I’m clicking on a non-functional button .
Better refresh the page or display a small message that the task has been added whenever SUBMIT is clicked .
