Can we create template that take data from user in real time and save it and can be edited in future. I am attaching the template design

So now when a user comes to this page he can enter his and her partner name and it should show like in the picture then he should enter the bio and it should also visible then and there and they can upload pictures also that get save and can be edited in future also

Yes, you can do this. You can store the content in the database for each user, and show this depending on which user has logged in. Input fields can allow the user to make edits as well to this content.
