Is it possible to time limit a splash page, like the index page? When a user navigates to my app via a mobile browser, I would like a page to appears with a logo and company name for 15 secs or so, then direct to a login page. Is this possible within Bubble?

You can set this up by using a ‘Do Every 5 seconds workflow’ and manually changing that to 15:
