Let’s say we have user A and user B.
User A needs to monitor the movement of user B. That is, if User B does not move within a set period (time) via a previously defined perimeter (GeoFence), then user B receives an alert (notification)
Ex: user A hired a single person or more than one person (user B) to do a service (ex: move loads of material from one place to the other within a predetermined perimeter) at a geographical location. User A wants to track that user B is not just sitting at a fixed location doing nothing.
