I’ve not seen this before so hoping someone might be able to steer me. Attempt to deploy to live and i’m met with “You cannot deploy your app because there are 2 issues you need to fix before going live…” yet there is no usual indicator of the issues in question.
I have the same issue, but I can’t update either.

If you have refreshed your editor and you still don’t see the issues, you should submit a bug report.
If you really need to deploy, you can do this, but I wouldn’t recommend it.
