Unable to assign Customers to a Meeting

Hello all,

Context:

Building a CRM that has a list of ‘Stakeholders’ (customers) and ‘Prospects’ (accounts). Each stakeholder is assigned to an account. Simple stuff. However, within each account, I have a page that logs meetings and the stakeholders that attended each meeting. The simple idea is being able to add from the list of stakeholders under the account to the meeting.

The constraint I’m using to display the stakeholders that attended this meeting: When Stakeholder (meetings) = Parent Group’s Meeting

The workflow I’m using to assign stakeholders to a meeting: ‘When Checkbox is clicked’ - meetings (stakeholder) = parent group’s stakeholder meeting

I’ve tried every different way, using dropdowns, click to select, now checkboxes. I can’t for the life of me change the stake of the thing (stakeholder), assinging it to the Parent Group’s Meeting.

Am I overcomplicating this? Any help is much appreciated! thanks

For more context, this is how it should look. Yet, the attendees section (above) is displaying all stakeholders.
