I am trying to purchase a plugin and I keep getting this

5 hours still haven’t heard back
Nobody here will be able to speed it up.
Hi @fatcatfreight, I’ve had plugin customers experience this a few times.
Bubble support have told me that the issue usually occurs when you haven’t added a credit card to your account (or the card you have on file is invalid).
If you go to your Bubble settings, add your card information, and then try to purchase the plugin again you should be able to do so.
