Update data in repeating group every 5 minutes

The data in my rg seems to refresh randomly. How do I ensure it updates every 5 minutes? None of this data is store in a database.

You can use “Do every 5 secondsy” action from the workflow tab.

You can create new custom state as List same as the you RG thing. You can assign your random list of things to the new custom state.

Apply this custom state to your RG.
