Now I am at the stage that I would like to use some paying feature. So I want to upgrade from Free to Personal.
But I want to know, in the Personal tier, it says:
1, Access to Live Version.
I mean, I am now sending my friend the link of the Preview, and they could see it and poke around and test all the functionalities, and it worked just fine. Isn’t this a Live Version (the Preview link) already ?
What’s they paid Live Version different ?
2, * Editor and Live Mode"
I’ve searched, but Live Mode is something that the App seems be valid on the internet (functioning properly). Again, the Preview Link can do this already, no ? Preview is not a Development environment.
3, *10GB file storage"
How big is 10GBs ? I don’t need huge storage at the moment, a few hundred uses could do (they can choose to have or not have small avatar photos, but I doubt they would bother at all)
4, If I sign up for Personal Monthly plan, can I upgrade the professional Plan in the middle of the month by paying the different.

What’s they paid Live Version different ?
=> You don’t want your users to have your Development URL as all changes will reflect here immediately, and your users will constantly be bothered with “reload this page…” when you make changes. Therefore a Live version is way better as changes are only reflected once you manually deploy the app to the live version. This is great when solving bugs, adding new features etc. Also, with access to a live version, your live URL won’t contain the “/version-test”.

=> Assuming your app does not process lots of data and based on the amount of users you will have, 10GB seems to be enough for you. If not, you can always buy more storage or integrate a 3d party service.

=> I’m not sure here but I believe I read somewhere that the difference will not be calculated. So it’s better to wait until the end of the billing cycle. But again, I’m not sure so I suggest you reach out to Bubble to get more clarity about this one, maybe they can give you credits for unused days.
Aha, I see. With this option, you can enable password and username protection on your Development -and Live URL. This is useful to ensure no one can see the changes you’re making, only those with permission.
