Hi,
I create a picture element on my app that was working fine, but since today, when I try to upload a picture this one can’t display on my screen. Your help would be very appreciated.

Actually, i think this is a bug. It just started happening to me too. @eve, can you confirm?

I just sent a bug report. Hopefully they respond soon.
@eve I’m notificing sluggish performance on the loading of pictures on the front end, think there seem to be database issues related to fetching pictures that go beyond the uploading of pictures.
All the pictures I have up before today display fine, it’s just when I am trying to upload new images.
Ok got it. They were having issues with Imgix a few weeks ago which is an external image processing service so I think it is probably related to that this time around as well.
Yeah, I hope they fix whatever it is soon. 
I sent a bug report in also they’ll get back to us soon

Well, it’s still behaving funny, just resized on me without me doing anything to it.

Imgix’s Status page is showing a partial outage, which can certainly impact load times for images. This is reflected on our status page as well. Thanks for reporting!

Yeah, it’s still happening, preventing me from doing work for a client. Any idea when this will be fixed?
Since this is an Imgix outage, we have no insight on when this will be fixed on their end. If it persists, our team can turn off Imgix processing for all images, but this will result in run-mode images rendering incorrectly.
