I am uploading CSV but it appears that the creation date, creator, and modified date cannot be mapped? Is this a default feature of bubble.io? And is there any work around here? Thanks!
These fields are autogenerated. Bubble will make the creator as current User. And the dates will be set to when the data is created.
I am trying to upload a backup database, but I think the creator, created date, and modified date are no longer recoverable, if I understand your advice correctly.
Yes.
You can create new field in the database for each and map everything to them. You will have to change the logics/conditionals etc in your app based on this.

@animisha45 By the way I tried this but I am getting a bit of conflict with the field particular with user - because built-in this is based on an email, but when I go and connect it with my email field in the user it shows this error:
Can you elaborate? I didn’t get the use case.
