Please check our demo and its editor as well, so you can see how the authentication is configured. Also, please make sure that you have the appropriate API Keys configured in Plugins Tab.
However, if you still experience the same or any other issue, please provide more details like sharing screenshots and/or screencast of your app, workflows, plugin settings, the exact steps to reproduce the issue, the obtained results on preview, as well as browser and OS you’re using to develop the app, console logs in case of errors. This way, we can get a better understanding whether it’s a plugin related issue or not, then provide a working solution asap.
@ZeroqodeSupport could I check please. The data sync plugin, does this specifically work with the RealTime DB of Firebase or is it only compatible with Firestore? I cannot find a definitive answer in the docs.
I have a ThunkableX app writing data to a RealTime DB but because ThunkableX have removed their Stripe components, I want to use Bubble as a web based tool to manage the billing for the app (user will be taken to a web page from the app, as part of the website) . It means both the app and Bubble should authenticate through Firebase to keep credentials consistent and allow the App to read account information from the RealTime database captured by Bubble and the Stripe plugins, to check if the subscription is active etc.

Please go through the docs for instructions and check plugin’s demo & editor as well, where more information can be found in Plugins Tab, so you’ll be able to check on plugin’s available events and actions to see whether it satisfies your needs. Although, this plugin does enable you to authenticate whether with your email&password or anonymously.
How can i connect my firestore project with bubble app? I want to insert, get and update documents in my firestore using the bubble app. I already have the plugin. The documentation is not that clear. Please help
The best way to make the plugin work on your side is actually following plugin Documentation, as well as checking the Live Demo and its editor so you can preview all the setups and perhaps replicate on your side. The available features can be seen in Plugins Tab which you can use in your Bubble app.

(I have a mobile application using this firestore. data editing and inserting by using that mobile application) website is just to show the content only. hope you understand my needs. if this plugin is not compactable for this purpose, you can suggest your other matching plugin also.
