Hello guys,
I’d like to verify my users, so how do I make the verified icon (like in my screenshots) visible. I’ve got the “Verfiy now” button and the “Unverify” button with their own workflows (like in my screenshots). On the screen nothing seems to change if I click on one of the buttons.

What is the conditional you have on the verified badge image?
You don’t need to have two buttons, one to verify and another to unverify. Have only one button and place the conditionals in it to change the label. In it, have two workflows for the button: one when the condition is false and another when the condition is true. Besides that, in your verified icon, you must do the same. Here’s an example below:
