Good afternoon Bubblers. I’m using the Video Element aspect ratio but it is not showing correctly when the Live site loads. It seems to correct itself if the site is re-loaded (refreshed) but will go back to the oblong, not conforming to the aspect ratio defined if the user logs out. Since I pay for ads to generate traffic to my site this is very disruptive. Has anyone had this issue? If so, how were you able to fix it?
I reported this as a bug and was told the team is very busy and might take a while to get back to me.
