I also have this issue.

I deleted my whole project and started again

I am also having this issue

We also have this issue quite a lot with our customers and it’s an absolut no-go!
Any feedback?

Same issue for me. I use a password manager and the credentials are definitely correct. I can also run the app as the user. Managed to reset my credentials but when I try to log in with the new password I get the same error message, the user doesn’t exist.

Hi guys, I found what I believe the problem is. Bubble has two databases. One for development and one for live version of the app. When you publish the app, the system starts using the live database which is different than the one you have been using during development, and most likely is empty.

I was getting this error and then I tried creating users from the live web app I built. After that it worked.

Then with time I had other problems in different parts of my app, and so I came to realize about these two different databases.

You can move the database from development to live by clicking a red text that says copy and restore the database.

Bubble for sure should let their users know about this when they deploy the app as it can be very frustrating.
