With Manychat can we send audio and image to WhatsApp?
Hi John, yes, with my plugin you are able to create image, audio, video or file content. To be compliant with Whatsapp policies the first message should always be pre-approved template.

Can you send a message on behalf another name (different phone number)?
For example, using your ID (phone number) to send a message to your friend’s ID?
And why not to go directly with META WhatsApp API directly?
This plugin it´s ment to interact with the full ManyChat API that is a multichanel no-code bot builder. So you may build conversation flows on ManyChat, and use this plugin to: Send data to Many Chat, retrive data to many chat, create a new suscriber on manychat for whatsapp or for any channel, send text, image, video etc or trigger a pre-build message on Many Chat. This plugin needs API keys typed on plugins tab, so only one sender can be connected at the time. ¿Why not going directly with META? Well i can think of a lot of reasons for using ManyChat, but it really depends on the particular project what would suite better for it. In my case the combination of ManyChat + Bubble and Facebook ads has been the best selling formula.
