Where is the help reference material and documentation?

Hello,

Can someone tell me, how do i navigate to the help reference material to read it?

I understand while using bubble, there is a link to reference always poping up, but that onl goes to that one point, and does not let you scroll, so i want to read the material

Secondly, the reference is that, a reference.
Is that other simpler example documentation that i can also read.
