Hello - there is a white screen on the wrapped mobile app. After trying to refresh, it still shows a white screen on 1 device. After reinstalling the app still shows a white screen. Anyone know how to fix this issue as it’s not consistent across all devices?
this is a known issue, its not been developed on right now
We still see this whit screen on our phones.
It is a bit embarrassing for us to inform users to delete their “app” on the startscreen and go in safari/chrome to the address and re"install" it on their startscreen…
What is the status of this issue?
