Why am I seeing two different pricing for the same tiers?

Hi

I am seeing two different pricing for the same tiers, depending on which account I’m logged it.

When I am logged in with a personal email, it shows me this page

But when I’m logged in on my work email, the pricing page shows this

Can someone clarify why is there a difference?

** I don’t know if this is related, but I recently transferred ownership of a webapp i built on my personal account to the one using my work email. Not sure if this is the reason?

Legacy pricing ?

I’m afraid I don’t follow. Can you please clarify?

Maybe this will help you understand legacy plan:

Okay that was my original understanding of legacy plans, but I don’t see how it explains why I see a higher price than the $29/month?

Currently, I see it listed as $49/month on annual sub on one account and $25 on another?

This is what I see from my custom domain email

Yeah this was what I thought the price is all this while. Hence my confusion when I saw the other price when I was on a different account.

Don’t know ! I can’t get those prices to show. Maybe … location-based. Some sort of tax ?

A/B testing for new prices ^^

That’s… weird. Means if I want to upgrade the other account I’ll have to pay twice as much?

Hmm, maybe you have a non-profits or student discount plan, I think it offers 30% off for 12 months.

I’ve sent a DM to Bubble’s Twitter page asking the same question. I’ll contact support soon and update if I learn anything

Yeah same issue here. When I came to the site at first, it was showing $25/29 so I created an account. Now that I created an account, it’s showing $49/$59 (all of the tiers are more expensive). Incognito mode or signing out shows it back at $25/29. Disappointing, are they playing games or is it a bug? I sent them an e-mail asking about it.

I’ve got a reply from Support. Seem the A/B testing theory is true - they are listing a new price tier for certain accounts. They offered to move my work email from the ‘testing group’ and get the original pricing.
