Why cant floating groups height be collapsed when hidden?

min seems to be taking up space. When it is not shown, it still leaves a blank space above the other group I can’t seem to find the solution.
Because when I do put the floating group over the group that it’s meant to be hovering, it simply doesn’t show (when all other groups are stacked)

Thank you, Adam! But how do floating groups work then? Because now that I’ve stacked them at the end of all the groups, they are creating space underneath and also not showing, when before they were. The “Exit Intent” Because now the floating element is simply at the very top. It does float when scrolling but of course shouldn’t be creating that space above it.
