It’s a good question and one that I have hit before, but I’ll say it could just be based on their development restrictions. If you notice, most of the past few months have been spent is stability.
New features have been at a slow trickle, but I’m happy to say the community has really stepped up to build great plugins.

I agree, I don’t understand why don’t all elements have tooltip functionality.
Come to think of it, the Bubble editor is full of tool-tips in itself.
So why don’t they think that our applications would need tool-tips as well on all types of elements as well?
