I recently received the following email from Bubble:
We are sending this email to let you know that your application app_name_here has hit its maximum capacity usage for 13 minutes over the last 24 hours.
You can add more capacity to prevent your app from being rate-limited in the Editor. You can also analyse your application’s capacity usage and control the threshold for these automated email notifications in the Logs Tab.
What does this mean exactly? The app that it’s referring to isn’t being used publically yet, so there shouldn’t be any traffic going through.
If your app is doing some data intensive workflows or searches rate-limiting can happen when you use the app as a tester. I recommend reading this post to understand better the capacity concept
We also just added a visualization tool to see where the capacity is going.
