Do you mean the last video id you added to the Bubble database or the last video you uploaded to youtube? The former is possible using a simple search and the latter using the YouTube API, which you can connect to yourself using the API Connector, or by using one of the YouTube API plugins, such as this one or perhaps even the Bubble team’s own plugin for YouTube.
