Zeroqode Wrapper Splash Screen Delay , Seeking Faster Load or BDK Alternative

I’m having an app wrapped in Zeroqode wrapper. But currently the splash screen wont let us bypass to app and take an average of 1.5 minutes for the app to load.

Can anyone help me figure out the solution to this? Should i wrap it up with BDK wrapper or is there any quick fix to this?

Yeah, that’s a pretty common issue with some Zeroqode wraps the splash screen just hangs way too long before the app actually loads. Most times it’s a setup or caching thing, not something you need to rebuild from scratch.

I’ve helped a couple people fix this before without switching to BDK, so it’s definitely doable. If you want, I can take a quick look and point you in the right direction.

Thanks for flagging this - a 1.5-minute splash is definitely not expected.

A stuck/long splash usually means either (a) the Bubble page isn’t finishing its initial load (heavy “Page is loaded” workflows, large RGs, big libraries), or (b) the app was wrapped a while ago and needs a rebuild with newer SDKs. We can pinpoint which it is with a bit more info:

  • App name / bundle ID and when it was last wrapped (approx. month/year).
  • Platform(s) affected (iOS/Android), device models + OS versions.
  • Public URL of the Bubble app (live) - does the same delay happen when opening it in the mobile browser?
  • First page that opens in the wrapper and whether you’re running any “on page load” workflows or heavy plugins there.
  • A short screen recording and, if possible, the exact time from launch to first content.

Quick checks meanwhile: open the live URL on the same device (not in debug mode), clear app cache, and confirm the splash is set to hide when the page is ready.
If the web app loads quickly in the browser but not in the wrapper, a rebuild may be needed; we can advise next steps once we review your details.

Just checking in - were you able to run the quick checks (open the live URL on the same device, clear app cache, confirm the splash hides when the page is ready) and gather the details we requested (app name/bundle ID + last wrap date, platforms/devices, public app URL, first page/workflows, and a short recording with timing)?

Did the long splash persist?
