Search isn't bringing up all possible items

I have set up a search that doesn’t seem to be showing every possible result. I have added a few fake profiles:

Then, when I click on career role and type ceo it only shows two people:

But as you can see, Marissa Mayer is supposed to be showing up. Any thoughts?
