SEO tag h1, h2 detecting problem

Hello,
My issue was posted many times

But I was unable to find the solution for my website: no H1, H2, H3… tags when testing on SEO website checker or on the source code screen on google

Could someone help me explaining why the H1, H2… tags doesn’t work correctly?
