All my "user" table has diseapear

Hi,
When I copy development data into the live database, all the data in my ‘user’ table has disappeared. Normally, this operation doesn’t change anything in the ‘user’ table. Does anyone have any ideas? Is this a bug? And how can I fix it?

If you selected all types, the user table would also be included.
