All names stuck as "Name" and having two results from sign up button

Hello there,

I’m fairly new to bubble and I’ve built my signup/login system and account page. Unfortunately despite asking for the new user to input their full name, all names of all new test accounts I have made automatically default to “name”.

Also I get two results when I sign up, if I click the sign up button, it takes me to the homepage (which I want) but if I hit enter it doesn’t. How can I create a workflow for the enter button to do the same thing as the sign up button.
