I have two apps. One copied from the other
In the workflow on a page for the original app (growth plan) I can create a new event when an element is hovered
On the other app I can’t.
The pages are exactly the same and I really don’t find when the issue came from.
For sure It can’t be the plan difference.
What the workflow do when it works, when a group (in a repeat group element) is hovered it put the cell index in a custom state
I haven’t come across this event before and generally for this use case, I use the do when condition is true and put the element is hovered/not hovered in the conditional for that event.
However, in this case, are you sure this might not be reflecting because of a plugin that had this action? (low probability but you could check this out)

No there is no plugin on this page…
For the do when condition is true I can’t use it because the element is in a repeating group and bubble don’t propose child element
