"Any field contains" only returns current page user in Repeating Group

Hello,

I have a RG that is supposed to display all users in my database using an input search box as the data source for the input:

When I search for the current page user, their data displays. However, when I try searching for users that aren’t the current page user, nothing displays. Can somebody please help?!
