Backend Workflow/API with Professional Legacy Account

Hello, I have an account on professional plan that I had for 3 years and have API backend workflows setup. I wanted to setup a new site site for new features, and since I am grandfathered into the plan I selected “professional legacy” however now I realize that I no longer have the ability to setup api workflows. Any help is appreciated.

Did you activate them in Setting of your app?
