Insert data from API call into DB without UI (Backend Workflows where?)

Hi,
I’m trying to make an API call, page through the data, and insert it directly into the database. This post seems to explain how.

The post states that upon upgrading to any paid plan a new feature set call backend workflows will appear (img from the article:)

I upgraded to Personal and the thing didn’t show up.

The post is from 2020, so I guess somethign changed since then. Could someone point me in the right direction?

You need to go in settings/API and activate the Backend workflows / API data.
