Best way of transferring to/from excel

Hi I am wondering what is the best way of transferring data back and forth between bubble and excel (office365). Is it best to use something like integromat or something else?

I dont have the option of using Google Sheets as the spreadsheet is a highly complex optimised financial model in excel and doesnt work well in Google Sheets.

The ‘best’ way would depend on your exact use case. Integromat is a good way to do it and likely the simplest way.
