Bubble editor incredibly buggy still

The chatbot flow isn’t so bad now actually. Almost same time as bug report form.

Anyone struggling to submit a bug report because the AI bot gives at least 5 turns of crap AI resolution attempts without sending me to the bug report flow?

It’s driving me insane.

@fede.bubble could we please get the bug report form back. You guys can keep the AI chatbot too, there is no reason we can not have both.

They should just give us a button choice to submit via form or use chat bot…I don’t think there is any benefit any party involved here having this go through the chat bot, and reality it is just net-negative for all parties concerned.

Don’t want to keep derailing the original conversation away from the editor issues above but on the topic of the bot, after reviewing upwards of six figures worth of ticket submissions the team has resoundly concluded that it has improved the quality of those submissions and the ability of the team to correctly triage and prioritize them.

@fede.bubble is the above still the same metrics bubble is using in guiding the decisions around such a simple fix, to bring back the bug report form at the same time keeping the AI chatbot?
