The loading time is very long for my app (2 x normal time) and the editor is not loading at all

I’m noticing that all of you are based in Brazil. From our end, your apps and editors load fine. Weird
There may be a significant routing issue affecting Brazilian users. I can only access the editor and my apps when the VPN is on; when it’s off, they fail to load
My internet provider is “OI”, I deactivated it and connected to my mobile internet, from “Claro”, and I was able to access the editor normally.

Pessoal, fiz um roteamento da minha internet 5G do celular para o pc e meu editor voltou a funcionar, provavelmente problema relacionado a DNS da Oi.

Sounds like the problem might be coming from Oi ? Or are other internet providers showing the same problem?
Only “OI” and it is only for the home page “bubble.io”, after logging in you navigate normally through “Claro” or “OI”

Hi everyone,
Since early this afternoon, we’ve been experiencing serious performance issues with our system built on Bubble. We have users across different regions of Brazil (South, Southeast, and North), and all of them are being affected.
I’m based in São Paulo, and here at the office we managed to slightly improve the situation by switching to a different internet provider. However, users in other locations are still unable to use the system properly — images don’t load, pages don’t refresh, and the platform is barely functional.
Has there been any official update from Bubble regarding instability?
Additionally, I’m also unable to access Bubble’s main website and the editor — neither of them load.

Now I can’t access it through any operator, it’s completely down for me!
Down for me too, I am using “Claro”.
The live version of my Apps are ok.
But impossible to load the editor.
