Hey everyone,
A friend of mine has registered on my website, and uses his account normally, however I cannot find his account in my database for some strange reason. I have around 200 users, and he’s the only such case I’m aware of.
I’ve done some digging, and I found some data from the different features he’s used, and created within his account, however I cannot find any of his data in the main users section. Normally everyone who registers appears there. Every time I made a test, my entry was visible in the users section.
Any ideas what might have caused this?

Hi there, @gabriel.georgieff… I’m sure this is unlikely, but any chance you are looking in the wrong database (dev vs. live)? That’s really the only thing that comes to mind here because if your friend has a user account and they have used that account to create things in your app, then their account has to be visible in the User data type on the App data tab.

Anyway thanks for your suggestion, however that’s not the case.
What you are saying makes sense, but I still can’t figure out what went wrong there.
