Cant make an element "Show Pop- up" when wanting to click a Sign Up button in the Repetable Header

Basically the title, I tried to make an separate Reusable element and making a sign up popup but when trying to add workflow to the button > show elements > not on the list.

Also just tried to make an normal popup in the index page and trying to make a workflow that connects the Signup button and “show” popup.

Create a custom state yes/no on the header, then create the event on index page “when the Header’state is yes” → show pop up.

Place the pop-up in the header reusable element.
