Charging another user through stripe

attempting to charge another user through stripe, when charging user, the requirment is for that seller to have a stripe account, if not to be redirected for a subscription event.

Cant seem to set this up from that tab, is there something missing? or wouls stripe automatically detect if user

should i first validate through bubble if current user has a valid sub with stripe, if so how?

the Trans. payee would likely be the stripe account ID of the connected seller.

What Stripe plugin are you using?

The v3 plugin since its encouraged for the uri redirect to setup new merchant account as per stripe instructions.

Selecting account id isnt resolving to an accepted state on bubble for some reason
