Check/Uncheck checkbox using states

Hello,

I am wanting to create a new list of users from a RG, these users are selected using a checkbox (used video link below to set this up, thanks @romanmg . I have this working properly, where I am stuck is that i am wanting to click on a button inside RG cell that checks/unchecks that checkbox instead of clicking the checkbox itself, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get this to work using states/workflows.

Sup Brett,

When you click yer button, you update the RG amirite? Assuming that is working correctly, simply use your conditional formatting tab on your icon… somethin like, 'when this cell’s checked is yes, this icon is a checked icon… then you set your default icon to a ‘not checked icon’.

There are a million ways to skin a cat. That’s one.
