Company logo broken while using Stripe checkout?

Hi there! I’ve almost got my Bubble website ready to launch but I’m having problems with the logo on the Stripe checkout.

Instead of my logo, there’s just an icon for a broken image.

I’ve tried various file types, sizes, used just Bubbles Stripe plugin logo, used just Stripes branding for logos and I’ve tried them both together but nothing.

I’m about to pull my hair out (what’s left of it) because I’m so close to launching but it looks so unprofessional!

Any help would be appreciated

Have you tried updating your Stripe account from the Stripe dashboard to configure the logo?

Yes I have, I’ve even tried to use both the icon or logo by checking the box.

Not unless there’s another place to add an icon other than the branding section on the Stripe dashboard :thinking:

Could you tell me where I’m able to contact Stripe? I spent a while looking for their customer support but I wasn’t able to find anything?
Perhaps it was too late at night for me to see properly :sweat_smile:

So if anyone comes across this post because of this issue, I can confirm a couple of things:

  1. The issue is not on Stripes end, but is a Bubble issue.

  2. Changing out the referenced image in Chromes html editor during runtime with the file location that I have been wanting to use fixes the issue but is not a permanent fix

  3. You will need to contact Bubbles customer support to fix this issue, and they will require you to show that this error occurs in development and live versions. (I told them that it was in development and more than likely live although I had not updated my live DB, and they basically said in short that it will fix itself when updated to live - which it hasn’t)

Any more updates from Bubble about this issue I will post in here

The issue has finally been resolved. For anyone that comes across this issue, it was a simple one:

Make sure your file name does not have spaces between words.

This should hopefully save a lot of people some time
