Confirmation Email stopped working

Hello. I did not enter this as a bug yet as I am pretty new with Bubble and want to be sure not doing anything wrong.

My Send Confirmation Email function has stopped working. It worked once during testing. At this point, it does not send last 24 hours. This morning I am now getting a standard “ran into an error” message.

I have a basic workflow for an admin creating a new user. Upon entering the new users email address the workflow creates a new account and sends out the confirmation email. I know there are ways to manually handle this, but there does not seem to be a way to obtain the confirmation link that is used in the standard Bubble Send Confirmation Email action.
