I followed the steps beginning at 14:35 of the video. However, the following error is generated:
Parent group’s thing - You are trying to get the data for the parent of Group sign Up. However, the parent is Group Main Parent, which does not have type of data set on it.
This is my first attempt at learning Bubble. Thanks in advance for helping!
It seems like you’re encountering a common issue in Bubble where the data type of a parent group isn’t set, causing the error you’ve mentioned.
I have not watched the entire video so I do not know if to set a type for that group is necessary or not.
A quick fix would be to clear the type of content and data source of that group. This will clear the error reported by the automatic Issue Checker.
