Creating an Asana type platform for a particular industry

Hi everyone! Before I dive in I wanted to clarify what I can do.

I am wanting to build a web app similar to Asana but for a particular industry. Am I able to create a platform where people can log in to their own dashboard, invite users, invite clients, create their own jobs etc. and not be connected to any other companies who create their own accounts?
