Custom data search on Maps

Hi all,

I am collecting data from individual bars, restaurants and shops. I want to be able to search for an item and that appear in the bar, restaurant or shop.

How do I save data (items) collected from the shops etc, so that when I search for a particular item, it will locate where the item is from on the maps.

Example: Searching for ‘Air Jordan Trainers’ and the results will show all the shops that sell Air Jordan Trainers.

Or

Search ‘pepperoni pizza’ and it the results will show all the restaurants that service pepperoni pizza.

I know I need to do the market research, which has begun, but how do I save my data and connect to specific locations in maps?
