Database, DNS issue & no preview since updating the version to 11

Hi bubblers…

I’ve completely lost control over my app due to the version upgrade.

Yesterday the bubble app triggers me to update the version to 11. So I did. Right after the update, my DB in the editor got very slow and the preview mode isn’t accessible anymore.

Then the editor gave me a warning about the DNS settings. (I’ve done a custom domain set up a while ago).

As I tried to solve it myself, I removed all the domain settings. But the preview isn’t available.

Now both versions 10 and 11, the DB is very slow. No preview access.

I don’t know how to resolve this situation.

I did create a support ticket and waiting for the first reply.

Is there anything I could try?

I could ditch out my original app and create a copy of it. But then I lost all the purchased plug-ins.

Luckily or not, my app isn’t in production yet. (I do plan to start a pilot from this Friday!). I’m quite shocked to see this incident. What if If I’m running a production app and a similar incident happens?
