Forgot password email not sending / Sendgrid template

Hi all,

I’ve been having some issues with emails on my website. I believe it’s connected to something I did with Sendgrid.

In order to get them sending, I went to all my forms and clicked “do not use sendgrid template.”

I never figured out what caused the emails to stop sending.

Now, my password reset workflow email isn’t being sent.

Any one able to help me troubleshoot this?

To confirm, have you checked your spam folder? SendGrid emails are often sent directly to spam if there is no unsubscribe (suppression) component of the email.

Yeah, nothing there. Good idea though!
