About the Project:
We’re launching a high-impact business, starting with one of Germany’s leading entrepreneurs as our first client. This is a unique opportunity: the first project is revenue-based, meaning payment is only made if the project generates income. This applies to both you and me. After this project, there is potential to build a real, long-term business together, with proper contracts and structure.

What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves):

  • Strong experience with Bubble, Shopify, Webflow, or similar platforms

  • Knowledge of funnels, automations, and CRM integrations

  • Independent, proactive, and reliable

  • Excellent communication skills; timely updates are critical. And always with respect!

  • Comfortable with a revenue-based payment structure for the first project

  • Must be located in a European timezone for effective collaboration

  • Most Important: You’re willing to commit and give everything!

Responsibilities:

  • Build websites and funnels according to project specifications

  • Implement automations and CRM integrations as needed

  • Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high quality

  • Communicate proactively about progress and challenges

  • Contribute to developing systems for future scalability

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with revenue-based or startup projects

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to improve workflow

  • Flexibility to adapt to client requirements

  • This is a first, revenue-based project; payment is only made if the project generates money
