Has anyone had an issue with Zeroqode Fuzzy Search where it simply ignores some data? I have a very small test database (less than 20 items) and for some reason Fuzzy Search will find matches for some and not for others.
Examples:
Search “568-325-45” and “56832545” will match item “568-325-45”
Search “380011-005-01” or “38001100501” will NOT match item “380011-005-01”
I’ve tried adjust the threshold +/- 0.1 through every number and nothing changes. I’ve tried copying and pasting the exact item number directly from the database to check for potential typos. No matter what I do about 30% of my items will not show up in searches. I’ve also tried removing the fuzzy search from the page and re-adding it. I’m at a loss as to how a search function can’t find an exact match at all.
