Getting data value to a destination on a new page

I am creating a mad-lib type of form where a user will type data onto one page and it shows up on another page in a specific field.

Example:

Questionnaire Page -

1. Who do you love? (user types name into blank input)

Letter Page -
Dear (name appears here), I love you.

That makes sense. Not a webdev so I just assumed an input would automatically have a parameter or name or something to identify it like the q in Google search. Is that normally something you’d be able to code into the html if you were developing from scratch?

Get Parameter Data from URL - Search Box & Dropdown

Can I get parameter data from a URL and display it in Dropdowns, Search Boxes and Date/Time Pickers? I have learned how to do it with a standard text Input (which works perfectly), but there doesn’t appear to be an option for “Initial Content” in the above properties.
